David Lysne has been with Benefits for Success for ten years. He completed the purchase of Benefits for Success from Don Haga in 2002. Prior to joining Benefits for Success, he served as a senior human resource administrator for two banking organizations over twenty years time and worked with all human resource functions. This brings a perspective from "the other side of the desk" that our clients find refreshing and helpful. He has earned the Group Benefits Associate designation and the Recognition of Academic Achievement in Group Benefits both from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Program co-sponsors these programs. Don Haga founded the employee benefits firm, Donald Haga and Associates (the predecessor to Benefits for Success) in 1962. The previous five years he was on the staff of The Travelers Insurance Company in Minneapolis, Minn. He also spent five years as part owner and operator of an automobile and machinery dealership and taught high school for two years in Montana. Don is a graduate of Minot State University in North Dakota, with a degree in education and business.
