Benefits for Success can help employers with their entire benefit package. We specialize in both employer-provided and voluntary (employee paid) benefits. When requested, we work with our employer-partners to design a benefit package to meet their needs. As brokers, we work with many insurance companies. Our primary responsibility is to represent your interests and not those of an insurance company. Here's how it works.

• We prepare a proposal and send it a number of insurance companies for their bid.
• We analyze these bids for product features and price to select the best match for our employer-partner's needs.
• We help you communicate and install the plan in your organization.

Types of Insurance:	What are the Benefits?
Life Basic (employer provided) Voluntary (optional for employee) Spouse (optional for employee) Dependent (optional for employee)	Covers final expenses, maintenance expenses and ongoing living expenses. Protects assets and income for survivors.
Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability	Protects Income.
Cancer-Hospital Intensive Care	Provides supplemental benefit to cover the 66% of expenses that are not considered medical (i.e. travel, hotel, lost income).
Long-Term Care	Protects assets, allows independence.
