David A. Lysne, member of Benefits for Success of Fargo, has earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation through the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Program (CEBS). This designation represents a high level of academic and professional achievement in the group employee benefits sector. The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania cosponsor the CEBS program. Lysne obtained this designation by passing a series of four college level national examinations with a concentration in group employee benefits. This is a new designation under the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Program.

Lysne has been providing human resources consulting, benefits consulting and products to clients for more than 20 years. He has been with Benefits for Success and its predecessors since 1995. Lysne is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn., and the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. He lives in Moorhead with his wife, Marjo.
